Nasi Lemak Burger and Chendol McFlurry are some options that you can pick from, besides your usual McSpicy Burger.

McDonald’s the fast food joint will be a part of the Singapore Food Festival with a spin on local favourites.

Starting with the Nasi Lemak Burger, which will consist of a coconut-flavoured chicken thigh patty that is accompanied by a fried egg, caramelised onions and cucumber slices and finished off with some sambal sauce. Finally, it is sandwiched between two semolina buns. Yum.

For desserts, a variety awaits your perusal. Chendol McFlurry that has chendol jelly bits as well as gula melaka sauce, the Coconut Pie that comes with nata de coco bits for a slight crunchy kick.

There will be three types of Chendol ice-cream cones – Chendol Melaka cone, Chendol Melaka Twist and Chendol Melaka Chococone.

A kueh salat cake will be available as well, and it is a pandan sponge cake that has a glutinous rice layer.

New fusion drinks that are inspired by local flavours such as Bandung McFizz and Pandan Coco Frappe, a Coconut and Pandan flavoured drink with grass jelly will be featured as well!
